Location: Hybrid (2 days/week in office), Milton Ernest, UK

Salary: £40,000 basic + £10,000 expected commission (Total OTE £50,000+)

What you will do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and high-volume cold outreach.
  • Conduct discovery sessions using BANT, Value Selling, or SPIN methodologies to qualify leads.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline within HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of KPIs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine lead generation and provide product insights.
  • Nurture client relationships to ensure loyalty and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets in the safeguarding sector.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling SaaS to Healthcare, Education, or Public Sector.
  • Must be based in the UK to support a hybrid work model (2 days/week in Milton Ernest).
  • Proven ability to handle high activity volumes (500–700 calls per month).
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM as a primary daily tool for pipeline management.
  • Experience with long public sector procurement cycles (3–12 months).
  • Strong understanding of multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.
