What you will do

• Lead and support daily performance of a small internal sales team
• Monitor call metrics to drive efficiency and improve response times
• Coach team members on call structure, tone, and delivery
• Improve CRM usage, lead tracking, and opportunity handover processes
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to align lead quality and response strategy
• Scale the team and set high standards as demand grows

Requirements

• Proven experience managing a call centre or internal sales team
• Strong coaching and communication skills
• Solid understanding of performance metrics and CRM tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
• Location: Must be onsite in Theale, UK
