What you will do

  • Achieve and exceed individual and conference sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share within assigned territories.
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and contract delivery.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide timely sales forecasting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B, sponsorship, or media sales.
  • Strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Excellent presentation, pitching, and proposal development skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
