What you will do

• Lead large multi-disciplinary engineering teams through the NPI process for automotive embedded processor solutions.
• Partner with global R&D, Design, Software, Product Management, and Manufacturing teams to define schedules and resourcing.
• Drive product delivery from initial concept and definition through execution to final production ramp-up.
• Manage key financial metrics, including gross margin and EBITDA, by anticipating and overcoming potential issues.
• Develop and manage a set of performance metrics and reports for communication with senior management.

Requirements

• Degree in Electronic Engineering (Beng/Meng) or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• Professional experience in the Semiconductor, Electronics, or Automotive industries.
• Strong leadership experience in complex technical projects involving both hardware and software.
• Proficiency in MS Project and expert skills in risk and issue management.
• Foundational knowledge of ISO26262 and ISO21434 standards.
• Must be based in Glasgow, UK

• PMI/PMP certification.
