NPI Program Manager - Automotive Processors

What you will do

• Lead large, multidisciplinary engineering teams through the New Product Introduction process.
• Drive automotive processor products from concept and definition through hardware and software development, production ramp-up, and high-volume manufacturing.
• Coordinate R&D, design, software, product management, product engineering, testing, and manufacturing teams on schedules and resourcing.
• Anticipate and resolve risks, issues, barriers, and critical-path challenges to maintain delivery timelines and quality.
• Manage product development costs, gross margin, yields, manufacturability, price, power, die size, and system performance.
• Develop metrics and reports for senior management and align cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

Requirements

• BEng/MEng in Electronic Engineering or an equivalent degree; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Relevant experience in the semiconductor, electronics, or automotive industry.
• Strong leadership and technical background with experience managing complex hardware and software projects.
• Experience with MS Project, risk and issue management, conflict resolution, and process improvement.
• Knowledge of ISO 26262 and ISO 21434.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• PMI or PMP certification.
• Experience bringing new products to market on time and within budget through initial ramp and high-volume manufacturing.
