What you will do
- Build and manage pipelines for GTM roles through direct outreach, communities, and events.
- Execute the full-cycle recruiting process from initial screening to offer negotiation and closing.
- Partner with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Monitor the GTM talent landscape to identify market trends and top-tier candidates.
- Develop compelling job descriptions and enhance the overall candidate experience.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience recruiting for GTM roles such as sales, marketing, customer success, or revenue operations.
- Proven ability to identify and close high-performing quota-carrying representatives.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting in high-growth tech or AI companies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
- Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco.
Nice to have
- Experience sourcing beyond LinkedIn via events, communities, and referral networks.
- Background in early-stage or founder-led hiring environments.
- Experience building out GTM functions from scratch.
