Location: On-site in San Francisco or Salt Lake City (5 days a week)

Salary: $120,000 – $200,000

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting funnels for GTM roles including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships.
  • Build relationships with top GTM talent in fintech and SaaS through creative sourcing strategies.
  • Develop and refine hiring processes and advise hiring managers on stronger evaluation methods.
  • Optimize recruitment metrics such as pipeline coverage, time-to-hire, and offer acceptance rates.
  • Leverage AI tools to multiply sourcing and screening efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to amplify the company's talent brand in the GTM space.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong GTM focus.
  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in San Francisco or Salt Lake City.
  • Deep knowledge of the GTM talent market, specifically AEs, CSMs, and sales leaders.
  • Experience operating in high-accountability environments like startups, fintech, or financial services.
  • Operational excellence in running disciplined searches and meeting tight timelines.
  • Strong persuasive communication and storytelling skills to attract top talent.

  • Experience embedding AI into recruitment workflows and using it as a force-multiplier.
