What you will do

• Process and manage accounts payable transactions ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Assist in the preparation of accounts receivable invoices and ensure timely collection.
• Perform regular reconciliations of accounts payable and receivable.
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date and follow up on overdue items.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve discrepancies and improve financial processes.
• Maintain financial records, contracts, and invoices for audit purposes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, specifically in AP/AR.
• Must be based in Latin America.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
