What you will do

• Process and manage accounts payable transactions ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
• Prepare accounts receivable invoices and manage timely billing and collection of funds.
• Perform regular reconciliations of AP and AR accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
• Monitor accounts for overdue payments and follow up with clients.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and improve financial processes.
• Maintain financial records, contracts, and invoices for audit purposes.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, specifically in accounts payable and receivable.
• Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Must be based in Latin America.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
