What you will do

• Prepare monthly reports and balance sheet reconciliations for DACH and Sweden regions.
• Manage monthly revenue recognition and billing using SalesForce and Kantata platforms.
• Produce and file monthly sales tax returns and support the financial statement audit process.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations in MS Dynamics and review company expenses.
• Collaborate with AP/AR teams to ensure invoices are produced and processed according to group policy.
• Provide support for credit control and assist with ad-hoc financial projects.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
• Part-qualified or newly qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent).
• Experience in month-end close and financial reporting.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Must be based in or able to work from Munich under the flexible hybrid/remote model.

Nice to have

• Experience working across multiple regions, specifically DACH and Nordics.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Kantata.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
