What you will do

  • Own end-to-end AI-driven lead import automation and data validation to ensure accuracy and SLA adherence.
  • Optimize Marketo processes, including lead lifecycle management, scoring models, and Salesforce integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related sync discrepancies, system errors, and integration failures.
  • Execute Marketo platform administration, including audits, configurations, and enhancements.
  • Design and maintain dashboards to monitor data quality, integration reliability, and platform performance.
  • Implement operational processes ensuring data cleanliness and compliance with GDPR and CAN-SPAM.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Marketo, Salesforce.com, and Excel.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, and complex formulas).
  • Experience using AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Glean.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Must be based in Poland and able to work in a hybrid model (Warsaw office).
