What you will do

  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies for CEE aligned with revenue targets and territory priorities.
  • Drive market development initiatives and brand awareness tailored to country-specific maturity and competitive dynamics.
  • Design integrated marketing programs to accelerate pipeline creation and measurable revenue contribution.
  • Orchestrate marketing engagement across key distributors, resellers, and strategic partners to extend market reach.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors to support territory plans and strategic account priorities.
  • Establish KPIs and deliver executive-level reporting on regional marketing performance and ROI.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience within enterprise technology, SaaS, or cybersecurity.
  • Proven experience managing multi-country or regional marketing programs.
  • Strong track record of aligning marketing strategy to sales execution and revenue outcomes.
  • Experience with CRM and reporting platforms such as Salesforce and Tableau.
  • Fluent English proficiency is required.
  • Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in additional CEE languages.
