What you will do

  • Manage in-person and virtual events, including lead management and success tracking.
  • Develop and execute regional and global marketing campaigns in collaboration with creative and content teams.
  • Create pre- and post-event campaigns to support Business Development Representatives.
  • Apply KPIs and analytics to profile, target, and re-target prospects for continuous optimization.
  • Align marketing tactics and content with the buyer’s journey across various channels.
  • Communicate tactical plans across sales and marketing to ensure alignment and strong stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B enterprise marketing.
  • Experience in marketing SaaS, cloud-based solutions, or financial institutions.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation systems (Pardot preferred) and CRM (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
