What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end patient acquisition strategy across paid channels and all operating countries.
  • Build an AI-driven acquisition system from scratch to automate campaign management, creative production, and optimization.
  • Manage budgets, pacing, and performance across Google, Meta, influencers, and affiliates.
  • Establish and lead a high-leverage growth team consisting of channel managers and AI agents.
  • Collaborate with AI, Product, and GTM teams to optimize conversion and marketplace health.
  • Identify new growth levers and turn pilot programs into scalable playbooks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in performance/growth marketing for consumer-facing marketplaces.
  • Proven track record of replacing manual marketing workflows with automated or AI-driven systems.
  • Experience managing global media budgets exceeding 3M EUR.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads at scale.
  • Experience running multi-market acquisition and managing complex organizations.
  • Deep interest in AI and a clear vision of its transformation of performance marketing.
