What you will do

• Manage search and programmatic media activations across Amazon platforms.
• Collaborate with internal and regional teams across the US, Europe, and Asia.
• Execute campaign setup, bid recommendations, and budgeting to meet client goals.
• Optimize client accounts to achieve KPIs and ensure campaign compliance.
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports and identify optimization insights.
• Assist with technical issues, invoicing, and data mapping for media campaigns.

Requirements

• Must be willing to work directly from Poland.
• Fluency in English is required.
• 3+ years of experience in biddable performance media execution, including Amazon search and/or DSP.
• Strong analytical skills to develop insights and inform optimization strategies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
