Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Krakow, or Poznan, Poland (two days a week in office)

Salary: 6,333–12,500 PLN per month

What you will do

• Manage and optimize programmatic campaigns across DSP platforms (DV360, TradeDesk, Amazon DSP).
• Collaborate with US and Europe teams to ensure campaign success and client alignment.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, utilizing data insights for optimization decisions.
• Produce comprehensive daily campaign reports, including pacing analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Support QA work of junior team members.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing programmatic campaigns, with proficiency in platforms such as DV360.
• Strong analytical skills for deriving insights from data to inform optimization strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English.
• Polish language knowledge, minimum at B1/B2 level.
• Residency in Warsaw, Krakow, or Poznan, Poland.
