Salary: 200,000 – 225,000 PLN annually

What you will do

• Own the product backlog for the accounting platform, defining requirements and leading engineering execution.
• Accelerate adoption of the new platform ledger while managing the transition from legacy subledgers.
• Automate manual accounting workflows and journal uploads into Netsuite to improve accuracy and velocity.
• Strengthen financial controls and data quality for sensitive accounts to reduce operational risk.
• Enable faster onboarding of new products, geographies, and treasury use cases.
• Define success metrics and communicate progress to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management experience partnering with engineering teams.
• Must be based in Krakow, Poland (Hybrid model: minimum 50% in-office).
• Proficiency in SQL, BI tools (e.g., Tableau), or Python for data-heavy environments.
• Practical experience scoping and shipping AI-powered product features.
• Ability to independently manage backlogs and drive sprint execution.

Nice to have

• Experience in Finance or Fintech, specifically with accounting concepts like subledgers and journal entries.
• Exposure to financial close cycles, SOX compliance, or regulatory-adjacent products.
• Background in data engineering, ETL pipelines, or reconciliation systems.
