Salary: 264,000–397,000 PLN

What you will do
- Own the product roadmap and backlog for the Structured Storage platform.
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure products meet scalability, reliability, and performance standards.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align infrastructure capabilities with customer needs.
- Track and report on key product metrics to monitor system health and forecast scaling requirements.
- Break down complex projects into iterative releases with measurable milestones.
- Manage, coach, and inspire Product Owners as direct reports.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management building and delivering custom software.
- 1+ years of experience managing and coaching Product Owners.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Technical acumen to engage in deep discussions regarding cloud platform architecture and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
- Experience scaling products in large-scale SaaS or enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to analyze platform metrics to optimize cost efficiency.
- Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science.
