What you will do

• Lead the SDK monetization product roadmap and overall strategy.
• Manage product development from initial discovery to launch and optimization.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• Define product requirements and priorities using customer feedback and market insights.
• Translate business and technical needs into clear product specifications.
• Monitor performance and make data-driven optimization decisions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience.
• Strong background in AdTech (SSP, DSP, or mobile monetization).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in writing PRDs and user stories.
• English: Fluent (C1).
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Warsaw, Poland.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of oRTB, Header Bidding, Prebid, or CTV monetization.
• Understanding of in-app bidding and mediation platforms.
• Ability to write basic SQL queries.
