What you will do

• Own a sub-area of the orchestration layer, driving long-term impact on payment routing and optimization.
• Synthesize merchant feedback and performance data to define and refine problem spaces.
• Write detailed product specifications for routing logic, fallback behaviors, and authentication flows.
• Collaborate with engineering on system design, APIs, and technical trade-offs in a highly technical environment.
• Track success metrics including authorization rates, conversion, latency, and cost efficiency.
• Manage launch readiness and iterate based on real-world performance data.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning a product area end-to-end with measurable business impact.
• Ability to independently structure ambiguous problem spaces without predefined requirements.
• Technical fluency to collaborate on system design, APIs, and orchestration logic.
• Strong autonomous decision-making regarding scope, technical debt, and delivery timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional alignment.
• Must be based in the United States
