TL;DR

Senior Enterprise Account Manager (SaaS): Developing and strengthening relationships with high-value enterprise customers in the EMEA market with an accent on revenue growth, retention, and strategic expansion. Focus on leading consultative upsell/cross-sell opportunities and building trust-based partnerships with C-level executives.

Location: Hybrid (Must be able to work on-site in the London office twice a week)

What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth and retention across a portfolio of enterprise customers in the EMEA market.
  • Develop strategic account plans aligning customer priorities with platform capabilities and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, from operational users to C-level executives.
  • Identify and lead expansion opportunities using a value-driven, consultative approach.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver seamless experiences.
  • Share customer insights to influence the product roadmap and evolve account management practices.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of B2B SaaS experience in enterprise account management or sales.
  • Proven record of managing and expanding large, complex customer relationships within the EMEA market.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid format in the London office twice a week.
  • Experience building trust-based relationships with VP- and C-level decision-makers.
  • Strong commercial acumen combined with strategic thinking and a focus on customer value.
