TL;DR

What you will do

  • Drive outbound prospecting across strategic accounts using calls, email, and targeted campaigns.
  • Identify, research, and engage key decision-makers within enterprise and mid-market organizations.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to execute account-based strategies and develop territories.
  • Qualify inbound and marketing-generated leads into high-quality sales opportunities.
  • Articulate the value of hirify.global Cloud and CX solutions aligned to customer challenges.
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline management in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or Inside Sales role within SaaS, CX, or technology environments.
  • Fluent in French (essential) and professional proficiency in English.
  • Currently based in France, preferably Paris.
  • Strong understanding of the French market and business culture.
  • Proven track record in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation.
  • Comfortable engaging mid- to senior-level stakeholders in complex organizations.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales engagement tools.
