What you will do

• Hire, onboard, and develop top-tier BDR talent while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
• Define and optimize outbound strategies across email, phone, social, and multi-threaded account-based workflows.
• Implement and scale AI-powered research and personalization to optimize BDR productivity.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to align on GTM strategy, ICP refinement, and territory planning.
• Oversee daily operations and maintain CRM accuracy for transparent forecasting and reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing high-performing BDR/SDR teams in B2B sales or demand generation.
• Experience scaling teams and building repeatable processes across multiple regions.
• Familiarity with modern outbound tech stacks such as Salesforce, Outreach, ChatGPT, Lavender, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• French and English language skills are mandatory.
• Experience coaching teams that operate across different languages and cultures.
