What you will do

• Lead end-to-end technology delivery from design through to go-live.
• Coordinate multiple systems, vendors, and delivery partners.
• Drive integration across customer platforms, pricing engines, policy administration systems, and payment providers.
• Work closely with architecture, engineering, and data teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and programme governance.
• Lead testing, release planning, and operational readiness activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading large-scale technology delivery programmes.
• Strong background in system integrations and API-driven environments.
• Experience working across customer-facing digital platforms.
• Ability to engage with architects, engineers, vendors, and senior business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end technology delivery, testing, and release processes.
• Experience working within regulated environments.

Nice to have

• Insurance or financial services experience.
• Exposure to cloud-based platforms and modern integration architectures.
• Experience working across payments, policy administration, or data platforms.
