Pricing Manager (B2B SaaS)

Location: Remote across Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, and the United Kingdom. Visa sponsorship is available for Germany; candidates working from other countries must already have the right to work there.

What you will do

• Build models connecting unit economics, AI agent run costs, willingness-to-pay, gross margin, and customer value.
• Maintain competitive and market intelligence and run pricing experiments with documented, reusable learnings.
• Design pricing and packaging across community, self-serve, and Enterprise tiers, including add-ons and new SKUs.
• Develop consumption-based and AI-native pricing models as products and cost-to-serve evolve.
• Lead pricing decisions across Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Revenue Operations, Data, Customer Success, Engineering, and Billing.
• Own pricing rollouts, discount guardrails, list pricing, grandfathering rules, and usage-based billing decisions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in pricing, monetization, or commercial strategy, including a major pricing model transition.
• Hands-on experience designing and rolling out consumption-based, outcome-based, or AI-native pricing at a company exceeding $100M ARR.
• Experience with both self-serve or PLG and Enterprise sales-led pricing motions.
• Strong analytical skills covering unit economics, cost-to-serve, gross margin, willingness-to-pay, and elasticity.
• Working knowledge of event metering, rating, entitlements, proration, overage, revenue recognition, invoicing, dunning, true-ups, and disputes.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and build frameworks that product teams can use independently.

• Formal pricing training from Simon-Kucher or another pricing consultancy.
• Experience pricing developer tools or products sold to technical teams.
