What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Global Merchants to build long-term partnerships.
• Drive merchant adoption of services by understanding business goals and offering tailored solutions.
• Leverage data analytics to monitor performance, identify improvements, and track success.
• Collaborate with product development, operations, and merchant success teams to ensure a seamless experience.
• Represent the voice of global merchants within the organization to influence product enhancements.

Requirements

• Education in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing global or key accounts.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision making.
• Cross-cultural awareness and willingness to travel internationally as required.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Stockholm office (Hybrid).
