What you will do
- Design and implement a robust analytics framework for mobile and web apps covering the full business cycle from marketing to monetization.
- Manage the Data Platform to ensure scalability, security, and efficiency for real-time data processing.
- Develop operational reporting systems and dashboards using cutting-edge visualization tools for real-time insights.
- Provide strategic insights and forecasts to executive leadership to drive product and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Support teams to embed a data-driven culture.
- Lead and assemble the analytics team, setting objectives and KPIs aligned with the company vision.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in an analytics leadership role within the mobile/web app industry.
- Expertise in SQL/NoSQL, data warehousing, and tools like Tableau, SuperSet, or Google Analytics.
- Proven experience in data modeling and managing large-scale data platforms.
- Proficiency in product analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel) and marketing tools (Meta, GoogleAds).
- Strong leadership and communication skills for conveying complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of data governance and privacy compliance.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques.
- Practical experience with 3rd party tools such as Similarweb or Sensor Tower.
