What you will do

• Build and lead a high-performing team of product analysts, focusing on quality, collaboration, and technical excellence.
• Own analytics vision for Tools & Workflow domain, partnering with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations to shape strategy and prioritisation.
• Audit analytical needs, align on key definitions, and oversee scalable data products.
• Define key metrics and A/B testing standards to drive product decisions.
• Develop analytical solutions including self-service data products, automation measurement, and conversational analytics.
• Own end-to-end analytical projects in customer support domain, enabling team through best practices and training.

Requirements

• Proven track record in data analytics within product companies, including managerial experience leading teams.
• University degree in Economics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Management, or related field.
• Outstanding SQL skills, profound Python/R skills, embrace AI-native workflows.
• Strong knowledge of BI tools, data visualisation, data architecture, and scalable data models.
• Strong business acumen, entrepreneurial mindset, outstanding communication and leadership skills.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end A/B testing and advanced experimentation methods.
