What you will do

• Analyze user acquisition funnels, conversion paths, retention cohorts, and monetization performance.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests from hypothesis generation to final recommendations.
• Develop and maintain core growth metrics, BI dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
• Extract and transform large datasets using SQL and Python for deep-dive analyses.
• Evaluate marketing campaign performance across paid advertising and affiliate traffic channels.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Growth Managers, and Engineers to support data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Data, Product, Growth, or Marketing Analytics.
• Advanced SQL skills for complex queries and strong Python skills for data automation.
• Solid understanding of A/B testing methodology and statistical significance.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Amplitude.
• Understanding of attribution systems, user tracking, and marketing measurement principles.
• Willingness to relocate to Cyprus.
