TL;DR

Marketing Data Analyst (Health & Wellness): Owning and elevating marketing analytics across performance channels with an accent on measurement frameworks, LTV prediction, and A/B test evaluation. Location: Hybrid (Kyiv, Lviv, or Warsaw)

What you will do

  • Partner with the performance marketing team to optimize spend allocation, creative testing, and channel mix.
  • Design and own the monitoring layer for key metrics, including dashboards and automated alerts.
  • Build and evolve scalable data pipelines consolidating marketing, product, and payment data.
  • Develop and implement an A/B test evaluation framework across funnels to accelerate decision velocity.
  • Drive analytical culture through training, self-service tooling, and enablement for the marketing team.
  • Collaborate with engineering to ensure tracking integrity, event taxonomy, and data quality.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in analytics for consumer apps or digital products, preferably subscription-based.
  • Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience managing large datasets.
  • Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Solid understanding of core marketing economics including CPM, LTV, CAC, and ROAS.
  • Experience with experimentation methodology, including A/B test design and statistical significance.
  • Ability to explain complex analytical concepts in plain language to cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Working-level Python for data manipulation.
  • Hands-on experience with Amplitude.
  • Experience with data transformation tools like dbt, Dataform, or SQLMesh.
  • Data Science fundamentals including forecasting and clustering.
  • Experience running monetization experiments in a subscription context.
