What you will do
- Build and optimize full user funnels including onboarding, activation, and retention loops.
- Analyze user behavior and conduct A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
- Lead GTM strategies for feature releases and product rollouts.
- Develop lifecycle flows for activation, reactivation, and churn reduction.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and briefs for creative assets.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and JTBD analysis.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or in product analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience handling large datasets.
- Deep understanding of marketing metrics: CAC, LTV, ROAS, and payback period.
- Experience with cohort analysis, LTV modeling, and revenue forecasting.
- Proficiency in visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Metabase.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of marketing analytics and attribution.
- Experience with subscription-based business models.
- Ability to develop predictive models for marketing investments.
