Salary: £72,000 – £108,000 GBP (base) + uncapped commissions

What you will do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at AmLaw 150 firms.
- Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and product demonstrations for the Operate platform.
- Lead contract negotiations to secure agreements that align with both client needs and company commercial goals.
- Collaborate with Solutions, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure a seamless buyer experience.
- Manage sales forecasts and pipeline updates using Hubspot.
- Act as the voice of the customer by providing feedback to internal teams to influence product development.
Requirements
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within the legaltech sector.
- Experience running complex, multi-threaded deals with stakeholders across various seniority levels.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate features into customer impact.
- High proficiency with CRM tools and sales metrics.
- Ability to travel up to 25% to client locations across Europe.
- Strong business acumen and project management skills.
