• Manage daily fleet operations and monitor driver performance to ensure efficiency.
• Analyze and improve operational processes to increase delivery performance metrics.
• Optimize route planning and fleet utilization in collaboration with the in-house algorithms team.
• Plan local fleet daily operations and execute capacity growth strategies.
• Develop analytics models and data gathering tools for comprehensive operational visibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the hirify.global Operator and Ninja Driver applications.
