What you will do

• Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to assigned team members, including mentoring and identifying training needs.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle for filter makers and logistic machines from order intake to customer handover, ensuring scope, quality, budget, and schedule compliance.
• Plan team utilization and manage budgets for the assigned group.
• Identify and initiate product and process improvements to reduce costs and increase overall efficiency.
• Coordinate and prioritize activities across multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural global teams, specifically with the German headquarters.
• Monitor project status and provide regular updates to management and sales teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or a related discipline.
• Analytical skills in ERP systems, with SAP knowledge being a strong advantage.
• High sense of responsibility and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Drive to challenge existing methods to increase process efficiency and digitalization.
• English: Good communication skills and command of the language required.
• Location: Must be based in Shah Alam, Malaysia.
