Group Manager - Order Execution Filter & Logistic

What you will do

• Lead assigned team members technically and disciplinarily, identify training needs, and provide mentoring.
• Plan team utilization and budgets.
• Manage filter maker and logistics machine projects from order intake through customer handover, including scope, quality, budget, and schedule.
• Identify and initiate product and process improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
• Coordinate and prioritize activities across multiple projects and multidisciplinary, multicultural teams worldwide, particularly with the German headquarters.
• Monitor project status and coordinate reporting to management and sales.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline, with excellent academic results.
• Strong analytical skills in ERP systems, especially material and project planning.
• Team-oriented approach with a strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and customer focus.
• Ability to challenge existing methods and improve process efficiency and digitalization.
• Good command of English is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP.
