What you will do

Oversee real-time network operations monitoring and coordinate rapid resolution of operational issues.
Manage responses to network incidents and disruptions to minimize impact and restore operations.
Oversee daily Freight Management Center operations and ensure timely shipment processing.
Coordinate logistics, freight activities, internal teams, and transportation processes.
Analyze performance data and KPIs to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
Ensure network and freight operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and security standards.

Requirements

Five years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong analytical, planning, organizing, judgment, and decision-making skills.
Leadership and influencing skills.
Ability to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
