TL;DR
Manager, Sales Development (Cybersecurity): Leading and scaling Enterprise Sales Development Representatives in Singapore to drive top-of-funnel pipeline growth with an accent on outbound strategy and cross-functional alignment. Location: Hybrid-remote (Singapore), office attendance required 3 days per week

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Enterprise SDRs to increase productivity and pipeline quality.
- Collaborate with Regional Directors and VPs on territory coverage and GTM strategies.
- Establish a disciplined operating rhythm for prospecting, qualification, and follow-up.
- Coach reps on identifying business pain points within SecOps, DevOps, and IT-Ops.
- Monitor performance and make data-based decisions using Salesforce and BI tools like Tableau.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop high-potential sales talent.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an SDR Leader or Sales Manager managing frontline teams.
- Cybersecurity industry experience is required.
- Ability to handle underperformance with professional empathy and clarity.
- Strong understanding of outbound prospecting and pipeline creation.
- Proficiency with Salesforce reporting and BI tools.
- Must be based in Singapore to support the hybrid office model.
