We are looking for a Senior Project Manager 🚀

💼 Responsibilities:
— Manage web, mobile, and product development projects from initiation to delivery
— Communicate directly with international clients through calls, meetings, and written correspondence
— Lead multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring delivery quality and client satisfaction
— Manage project timelines, budgets, scope, risks, and resource allocation
— Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain transparent project reporting
— Facilitate Agile delivery processes and adapt methodologies based on project needs
— Prepare estimations, manage project scope, and handle Change Requests
— Resolve escalations, negotiate solutions, and maintain strong client relationships
— Optimize project workflows and team efficiency using AI-powered tools

🧠 Requirements:
— 3+ years of experience in IT project management
— Strong experience managing web development, mobile, or digital product projects
— Proven experience leading client communications, including negotiations and challenging situations
— Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
— Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, scope management, risk management, and reporting
— Practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, Hybrid approaches)
— Experience with project estimation, scope management, and Change Requests
— Hands-on experience improving business processes using AI tools
— Confident use of task management systems (Covently)
— Ability to work across US, Canadian, and European time zones and occasional weekend availability when required
— English — C1+/Fluent, Ukrainian/Russian — C1+/Native
— Residence outside Russia, Belarus & Ukraine

💫 Nice to have:
— Experience working through Upwork or other outsourcing marketplaces
— Product Management experience
— Professional certifications (PMP, PSM, CSM, PMI-ACP, etc.)
— Technical background and understanding of software development processes
— Experience with presales activities, project estimation, and upselling additional services
— Business analysis experience and requirements management skills
— Domain expertise relevant to web, mobile, and product development projects
