Location: Must be based in or able to work from Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of medium-to-large IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Translate high-level objectives into clear delivery plans, milestones, and risk profiles.
• Lead cross-functional teams spanning Engineering, Data Science, Product, and Platform.
• Manage scope, schedule, quality, and delivery risks across the full SDLC.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple time zones, ensuring effective communication and decision-making.
• Establish delivery governance, including RAID management and project health metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical/business discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the technology industry.
• Proven experience delivering AI, GenAI, or data-driven initiatives.
• Experience leading delivery in Agile or hybrid environments.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams.
• Familiarity with Jira is required.

Nice to have

• Exposure to cloud-based delivery (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with Workday Projects and Power BI.
• Project management certifications (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile/Scrum).
