What you will do

• Lead strategic planning and execution of technology initiatives to support organizational goals.
• Oversee IT infrastructure management to ensure optimal performance, security, and availability.

• Manage the technology budget and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
• Develop and implement technology policies, standards, and procedures for compliance and data security.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK (Home Office).
• Expertise in leveraging cloud-based platforms and services to manage applications and data.
• Expert ability to maintain and optimize data communication networks and systems.
• Proficiency with security solutions from vendors such as Okta, Crowdstrike, Palo Alto, Proofpoint, and Fortinet.
• Expertise in defining, designing, and building robust infrastructure systems.
• 3+ years of experience working in a Tier 2 or 3 IT support environment.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of management experience.
• Completed Bachelors Degree.
• Ability to examine, clean, and model data to support decision-making.
