What you will do

• Lead and develop the internal IT function and manage a small technical team.
• Oversee day-to-day IT operations to ensure infrastructure remains robust and compliant.
• Drive operational improvements and best practices using ITSM frameworks.
• Implement secure, future-focused technology solutions and shape the technology roadmap.
• Manage third-party suppliers, contracts, and IT procurement processes.
• Provide second and third-line support across hardware, software, and telephony systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Operations Manager, Infrastructure Manager, or in a senior IT leadership role.
• Strong technical background in Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra, and server environments.
• Experience managing hybrid infrastructure, networks, and telephony.
• Expertise in cyber security principles and managing Cyber Essentials / Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to support both technical and non-technical users.
• Experience in a legal or professional services environment is highly preferred.
