What you will do

• Conduct strategic assortment and budget planning, including the preparation of seasonal forecasts.
• Monitor sales performance and implement in-season measures such as reorders.
• Prepare weekly sales reports, presentations, and perform ad-hoc analyses.
• Identify growth potentials and white spots within assortment categories.
• Strategically develop the private label portfolio in close collaboration with the Buying team.
• Continuously optimize Merchandise Planning toolkits and internal processes.

Requirements

• University degree in Business, Economics, or a comparable field.
• 3+ years of experience in Merchandise Planning.
• Strong analytical mindset and deep understanding of sales KPIs.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• High level of independence and a hands-on approach to problem solving.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• German language skills.
• Previous experience within fashion e-commerce.
• Knowledge of Power Query.
