What you will do
- Support technical onboarding by preparing, mapping, and verifying data from ERP systems, CSV/Excel files, and SFTP.
- Run gap analyses of customer data structures and ensure clean, complete migration into the SaaS platform.
- Handle onboarding-phase support: respond to emails, triage tickets, and involve Engineering or packaging specialists when needed.
- Support tenant/user configuration and prepare onboarding workshops and training sessions.
- Contribute to Packademy by building training content, formats, and self-serve resources.
- Provide onboarding feedback to Product to influence future product development.
Requirements
- Studying Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a similar field with clear IT affinity.
- Confident working with data in CSV/Excel and understanding how systems connect.
- First exposure to SFTP, ERP, or APIs is a plus.
- Ability to analyze datasets, spot inconsistencies, and resolve issues independently.
- Clear and direct communication with both internal and external stakeholders (e.g., IT managers, engineers).
- Fluent in German and good English and based in Berlin (or nearby).
