What you will do
- Own HubSpot operations, including objects, properties, lifecycle logic, routing, pipelines, and permissions.
- Maintain high-scale data hygiene through consistent deduplication, standardization, and validation.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows and integrations using tools like Make, n8n, or Zapier.
- Support the team by troubleshooting HubSpot processes and creating internal how-to documentation.
- Prioritize operational tasks based on business impact to remove blockers for sales and outreach.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in HubSpot or CRM operations.
- High level of English proficiency.
- Proven experience managing CRM data hygiene and reliability at scale.
- Deep understanding of HubSpot lifecycle stages, routing, and import processes.
Nice to have
- Experience with automation tooling (Make.com, n8n, Zapier).
- Basic technical skills in SQL, Tableau/BI, or light scripting in Python or JavaScript.
- Experience with data enrichment tools such as Clay or Cognism.
- Proficiency in German.
- Experience working with Power BI and AI tools.
