What you will do

• Engage in transformation projects to align global business strategies with local market needs.
• Act as a crucial liaison between the Global Field and worldwide Business Units.
• Manage reporting tools and processes to ensure high-quality performance data submission.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize business development practices.
• Assist in developing strategies, tools, and frameworks for market penetration and growth.
• Create customer engagement strategies using data to improve the customer journey.

Requirements

• Experience in international work environments and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically advanced Excel and Power BI.
• Ability to communicate and work effectively in an English-speaking environment.
• Availability for a minimum of six months, working 35 hours per week beginning August 1st.
• Must be based in Germany (implied by Academic/Working Student status).
