Lead Business Consultant (Fintech)

TL;DR

Lead Business Consultant (Fintech): Contributing to the successful service delivery and implementation of the hirify.global Dimension® software platform with an accent on investment operations and trade processing. Focus on analyzing client requirements, driving solution designs, and advising financial institutions on best practices for front-to-back operations.

Location: Must be based in Germany, with a requirement to be in the office 2 days per week.

What you will do

• Act as the primary link between clients, support teams, and developers to analyze issues and define requirements.
• Investigate, replicate, and troubleshoot customer issues while coordinating resolutions.
• Translate business requirements into solution designs, system configurations, and process improvements.
• Advise clients on workflows and best practices across front-to-back financial operations.
• Facilitate workshops to clarify requirements and align solutions with client needs.
• Document recurring issues and implementation knowledge to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English (C1 level) is required.
• Must be based in Germany and able to work from the office 2 days per week.
• Solid experience as an Analyst or Consultant in financial services (asset management, insurance, banking).
• Strong understanding of financial services processes, investment operations, and trade processing.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Interest in software solutions, configuration, and implementation initiatives.
