What you will do

• Operate and maintain the product KPI framework covering commercial, customer, and operational dimensions.
• Configure and quality-assure AI agents for continuous monitoring of commercial and operational data.
• Manage day-to-day commercial controlling, including cost tracking, budget adherence, and margin visibility.
• Own product-related contracts, licensing, and purchasing to ensure compliance and value.
• Act as an analytical partner to Product Managers and regional Commercial Leads to enable data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Strong experience in commercial controlling, P&L, pricing, and subscription/renewal models.
• Proficiency in defining KPIs and interpreting funnel, churn, and revenue metrics.
• Experience managing contracts and licensing within a technology environment.
• Ability to turn complex commercial data into clear, decision-ready insights.
• English: Fluency is required.
• Location: Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Berlin, Germany.
