What you will do

  • Lead and oversee complex, high-risk workplace investigations across EMEA and globally.
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Employee Relations in the EMEA region.
  • Provide consultative guidance to HR partners and business leaders on disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
  • Partner with Legal and Compliance to design and implement leading ER practices and policies.
  • Mentor team members and support capability building within the ER function.
  • Drive special projects to standardize ER processes and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in Employee Relations within a global environment, with strong emphasis on EMEA.
  • Proven experience leading complex, sensitive, and high-volume workplace investigations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws across EMEA.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a strategic advisor to senior leaders.
  • Strong expertise in ER case management systems, reporting, and analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
