What you will do

  • Respond to customer contacts via chat, phone, and email.
  • Meet quarterly contact volume and quality goals.
  • Communicate clearly (written and verbal) to resolve customer issues.
  • Collaborate with other support specialists to answer customer questions and resolve problems.
  • Document each interaction in Salesforce to support issue research and product improvements.
  • Partner with global teams to ensure continuous support availability during required business hours.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfort working with high call volume and prioritizing tasks in parallel with project work.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM (preferred).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Must be authorized to work in Singapore without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
