What you will do
- Respond to customer contacts via chat, phone, and email.
- Meet quarterly contact volume and quality goals.
- Communicate clearly (written and verbal) to resolve customer issues.
- Collaborate with other support specialists to answer customer questions and resolve problems.
- Document each interaction in Salesforce to support issue research and product improvements.
- Partner with global teams to ensure continuous support availability during required business hours.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Comfort working with high call volume and prioritizing tasks in parallel with project work.
- Prior experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM (preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Must be authorized to work in Singapore without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
