What you will do
- Deliver excellent customer support primarily over email and phone.
- Ensure customer cases are resolved positively with empathy and care.
- Manage and prioritize a wide range of customer requests while meeting SLAs.
- Collaborate with onboarding, legal, accounting, compliance, sales, and product teams.
- Support projects designed to improve customer experience.
Requirements
- Graduate with a degree or similar professional experience.
- Experience in a customer-facing role.
- Comfortable communicating with people over phone and email.
- Clear written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Computer literacy and ability to pick up new tools quickly.
