What you will do

  • Achieve monthly renewal and cash collection targets while maintaining high CSAT scores.
  • Conduct detailed investigations into customer interactions to drive resolution and trust.
  • Manage and prioritize a sales pipeline using data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, product, and data teams to improve renewal workflows.
  • Proactively identify and execute projects to enhance customer retention and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success.
  • Must be located in Singapore or the Philippines.
  • Proven track record of managing sales targets and handling complex customer escalations.
  • Proficiency with Tableau, Zendesk, and HubSpot.
  • Strong English communication skills with the ability to navigate diverse cultural environments.
  • Experience working with SMEs and startups in fast-paced environments.
