What you will do
- Achieve monthly renewal and cash collection targets while maintaining high CSAT scores.
- Conduct detailed investigations into customer interactions to drive resolution and trust.
- Manage and prioritize a sales pipeline using data-driven insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, product, and data teams to improve renewal workflows.
- Proactively identify and execute projects to enhance customer retention and service delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success.
- Must be located in Singapore or the Philippines.
- Proven track record of managing sales targets and handling complex customer escalations.
- Proficiency with Tableau, Zendesk, and HubSpot.
- Strong English communication skills with the ability to navigate diverse cultural environments.
- Experience working with SMEs and startups in fast-paced environments.
