What you will do

  • Own the post-sale customer relationship as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor.
  • Lead onboarding processes to ensure customers achieve early and sustained value from products.
  • Develop and execute success plans, defining goals, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
  • Monitor customer health metrics such as usage, adoption, and NPS to proactively address risks.
  • Deliver regular business reviews aligned with customer priorities and performance.
  • Partner with Account Managers to coordinate account strategy, renewals, and growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the subscription lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption strategies, and retention drivers.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing a diverse portfolio in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of hirify.global’s products and services or experience in related industries.
