What you will do

• Deliver analytical solutions and key information to customers to enhance their product utilization.
• Oversee and troubleshoot daily data feeds to maintain high-quality delivery standards.
• Address and resolve client queries promptly and handle complex technical escalations.
• Manage client interactions and conduct regular service reviews to reinforce value propositions.
• Ensure service delivery operates within established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Organize and conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.

Requirements

• Fluent speaker of both Japanese and English (C1+).
• Based in Singapore.
• Previous experience in the financial data industry.
• Degree in finance, mathematics, or a related field.
• High proficiency with MS Excel and experience manipulating large datasets.
• Solid understanding of equity and fixed income indices.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Python.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents.
